I grew up in Port Orange, fishing our local waterways, enjoying the beaches, and exploring everything that makes Coastal Central Florida special. I've since raised my family in New Smyrna Beach and Edgewater, and there's nowhere else I'd rather call home.
I'm not just a Realtor who works along Florida's coast. I live the lifestyle I help my clients discover.
More Than Your Average Realtor
Before entering real estate, I built a career serving our community as a firefighter, paramedic, ocean lifeguard, and emergency medical professional. Today, I continue that commitment as a flight paramedic with a local law enforcement agency.
With more than 25 years of experience in public safety and healthcare, I've learned how to solve problems, remain calm under pressure, and help people make important decisions with confidence.
I also hold a degree in Emergency Management from the University of Florida, giving me an additional perspective on the challenges of living and owning property in coastal Florida.
When we're looking at a home, I'm thinking beyond the beautiful kitchen or backyard pool. Flood zones, drainage, storm preparedness, insurance considerations, and coastal construction are all part of the bigger picture. I help my clients understand what questions to ask and connect them with qualified professionals when specialized expertise is needed.

Seeing that success firsthand, the neighbor just two doors down reached out and asked me to list his home as well. This week marked a massive milestone as we officially closed on both properties a week apart.
